IN THIS ERA By JOSEPH-SAM SARAH

Image
In this era, Where the truth is being exchanged for lies and fake accusations and intentions. Where leaders who are meant to serve their subjects are now being served instead. Where parents use their children for exploits and personal gain. Where the poor are not recognised in the society and the rich given preferential treatment. Where the people are being bribed with money to play blind eyes to corruption in the country. Where pastors who are supposed to feed the sheep now feeding on the sheep. Where deceit and hatred are celebrated. Where all things are weird and bizarre but call it the twenty first century.

FAITH AND HARDWORK BY OLAKULEHIN AYOMIDE

Faith takes you above imagination, makes you go beyond expectation. Faith is above everything, it breaks all etiquettes, rules and procedures. Faith at times change fate but there is only one thing faith can't change and people find it hard to believe is the etiquette of success which is hard-work. Many people to be most especially religious believers believe when they have faith, then to achieve success doesn't require anything else unaware that faith only takes your soul to your goal while hardwork takes your body there i.e. faith only leads you to success while hard-work takes you there. You see students who wants to achieve success in their exams have faith only and expect a miracle a miracle to happen in the exam hall not knowing faith only functions with hard-work. Even the bible quotes that "faith without work is useless". In conclusion faith is inevitable in achieving success while hard-work shouldn't be underrated also. Selah

FAITH

FAITH THAT SEES BEYOND.

Image
There were times I was weak but had to be strong,There were times I had practically nothing on hand, but I had to give out to some people, there were times I was helpless but became an helper because of people around me that needs attention, Most times I am at the point of given up but never did because I had something I was looking up to. Some times I had failed but still saw greatness ahead, there are times I was left with no option but somewhere somehow I had an alternative, there are times that what I wanted is not what I got but I never stop requesting. Even at the point of hopelessness something in me still lingers for joy cos I still had hope but it was less and I knew with less hope I could still make it and be full of hope (Hopeful). Fate tried limiting me, but faith took me above limitations, uplifted me and showed me diverse k...

WRITING WITH PASSION By JOMILOJU

Full of desire I lay,the sky wounding me Each cloud a ship without me sailing, each tree possessing what my soul lacked; tranquility Through the mute telephone, my body grew weak The language I knw best,my mother's speech Forsook my fingers and out of my reach As the sky speaks,my Aunt spoke to me in language clear Familiar as the heart, than love more hear The sky said to my soul, you have what you desire As struggle and anxiety conspire Give it diligence which it require Lift your pen with passion For you're to create a vision Which you have designed for this great mission In this world you with the flower and tiger share Bt have no fear As the Queen of Sheba seek the wisdom of the wise Men seek my pen,I foresee I believe d light that shines on my pen.

INNER BEAUTY BY SEYI MABEWEJE

Image
The beauty of a woman isn't in the clothes she wears, The figure that she carries, or the way she combs her hair. The beauty of a woman is seen in her eyes; Because that's the doorway to her heart, the place where love resides. The beauty of a woman isn't in a facial mole; But true beauty in a woman, is reflected by her attitude and soul. It's the caring that she cares to give, the passion that she shows; There is nothing more beautiful than someone who goes out of their way to make life beautiful for others. Outer beauty pleases the EYE. Inner beauty captivates the HEART. Charm is deceptive and may not be sincere, And beauty of a face may not soon be here. Appearances do not last, it can wither Today. What is inside counts and will clearly show The heart of the person, her real identity. The inner beauty that everyone will know It will always last, reveal truth and reality. Luckily the inner beauty is a great virtue.

Leadership: the Nigerian case The conceptual clarification of leadership can be emphasized and defined to mean a continuous or constant practice by individual occupying specific positions intended to benefit the personality and persons of intimate relationships. WHY? By DONLUSI

WHY? Why has wickedness ravage the world, And corruption filled the cloud,                                      Why are you (son of man) afflicting your fellow, Is it because you are rich and he's below. You remove the landmarks, Seize their flocks violently and create for yourself a park, You drove away the donkey of the fatherless, Just because you know he's helpless, You took the widow's ox as a pledge, Just because you know she's less privileged, You push the needy off the road of success, Climb it up and cut off the ladder of success, Just because you've gathered enough and even have excess. Why is the universe filled with self-centeredness, Not a single person wants to be honest, You make other people cry just because of your own happiness, Alarming for joy shouting you won't relent...

YOU CAN BE THE BEST BY TUNMISE

Image
RESPECT! This is another respected writer, A writer with inspiration. You can be the Best As a writer I pick up my pen to make you understand the fact that “you can be the best in whatever you do”. From my point of view, becoming the best in what you do that differentiate you from others, it makes you unique, makes you stand aloof, singling you above others and shoulder high  not necessarily proud. To be the best in whatever you do makes history and gives encouragement to others. Best according to Merriam Webster dictionary means better than all others in quality or value, most skillful, talented or successful. Are you the best in your area of jurisdiction? Are you maximizing your potentials? Is that all you have got to be the best? One becomes the best socially, economically, psychologically, culturally and politically. Going further to explain areas you can be the best, you can be the best in your academic pursuit, in your neighbourhood, amongst friends, amidst pub...
