THE LITTLE I KNOW BY JOSEPH-SAM SARAH
THE LITTLE I KNOW
The little i know
History and past glory fades away
Infidelity perforates the road of truth
Deceiving the ants travelling alone
Brightly lit; a sight of hades
The journey of few, so many loops.
A place i know
Vastly far but close to hearing
Unpredicted ceremonial ritual tour
Numbered to a hundred milestone
Half concerned about it beauties
The echoes of blood tainted painting shone.
A man i know
Black and proud, a sight of distrust
A beggar in a foreign land, the king in his country
Gold and silver hidden in his bone
Endowed with those; he robs his neighbour
Claims of betrayal stains his prosperity.
A song i know
Slow and touching, a pot of recipe
Played by listening ears, understood by wandering hearts
Precious story of imaginations retold
Solo out with a bond of intrigue
Loud rhythm, mild voices all merge in parts.
A name i know
Perfect like an aging virtue
Words and meaning; a living legend
It bearer kills the glorious fold
Lost in grace from the midst of good
People adores it honour but awaits it bearers name.
The little i know
History and past glory fades away
Infidelity perforate the roads of truth
Deceiving the ants travelling alone
Brightly lit; a sight of hades
The journey of many, so much loops.
