A FRIEND- DEATH BY JOSEPH-SAM SARAH

Death is alive
Graves are alike
When death speaks, the world shakes
When it strikes, it pains
Hearing about it everywhere
But never wished it comes near
It is fierce
Making the living live in fear

Into an household it goes
Leaving their faces like a sagged golds
Making those wearing the crown
Wanting to be an unpopular clown
Death would always sting
But can we question it instinct?
We could by-gone weeping
And embrace meaningful living

Oh! my friend death,
Why have thou ceased my breath
We would never meet again
For you have become great
Over my body and eventually made me helpless
Your list numbered less
I had wished to live more
But now, i cannot live anymore

This cold sided feeling
Brings a longer day healing
Help the dead, mourn the buried
Sing a song, sing ahead
Hope is lost, a life is gone
What a loss, the deed is done
The awesome question: who is next?
But i assume it is a lifetime rest

Death is gentle but not fair
Life is rough and not clear
Death is clothed with fame
Life is an embroider of blame
Death can be compared with nobody What takes the soul and leaves it body?
It shows no compassion
And leaves behind a thorned passion.
