A DIFFRENCE THAT MAKES YOU NEEDED BY PAUL SPEAKS.
UNTIL YOU ARE DIFFERENT, YOU ARE NOT NEEDED.
No part of the body is the same, they are all different and that's the reason why they are all needed.
When we have 2 players that play the same wing,same style and the same game only one of them is needed to complete the team,the other is either benched to replace later or even never used at all.
In one of my articles these words were written boldly "THERE IS SOMETHING DEPOSITED IN YOU THAT MAKES YOU DIFFERENT AND NOT UNTIL YOU FIND THAT ONE THING YOU WOULDN'T BE NEEDED".
Most times when some people apply for jobs and they are been told to come back, it isn't because they ain't good or they ain't capable. It's most times because they have someone who as exactly the same qualification with the job seeker or even better.
Dare to be different then your worth will be needed. Your difference is in you, even identical twins have their differences.
No one was born to be idle,we were made to fit in somewhere. If you've not gotten a convenient or appropriate place or people reject you,it's only because you copy other's.Why copy others,why not set a standard and let others follow, let people also want to be like you. There is one thing you do or have that the world needs and will make people appreciate you. There are so many musicians out there and the only reason most of them are sorted for our are relevant in or society is not because they all do music but because their styles are different.
Be calm, discover what makes you different only then will you be needed.
If you may like to know, no ability is a waste, there are people that do irrelevant things and still make it, it's because they focus on their ability.
Everything isn't about finishing with a first degree or even a masters, it's about being different even with the certificate.
Your difference is in your content and your content speaks and reveals your worth.
Work towards being different and you shall always be needed.
