THEY TOOK HIM BY T.QUILLS

For the bound he came
to break yokes and shackles
For all men the same
So he could light the world with sparkles
Yet they took him...

He taught to live right
filled with freedom, love and joy
Yet Him they all spite
his works they would destroy
So they took him...

They tried to trap him
With pit-filled questions
yet his wisdom wasn't dim
for He caved in to no tensions
So they took Him...

And him they caught,
betrayed by a kissing breath
Bruised and battered lots
hung on a cross till final death
Oh they took him!

Down the tombs they bore
His pierced through lifeless body
sealing every entrance and pores
to make legacies of his muddy
Oh they took Him!

She came checking, for preserving
An empty tomb awaited her
She went panting and shouting
summoning friends and co's afar
''Oh! They took him!''
.
.
.
Yet...
.
.
They never did anyway, since
the son of man rose on third day
Setting us free from our sins,
place us in life everlasting's way
You must take him!

He did all this for you
What an incredible offer!
The Lord's life laid down too
What are you waiting for sister/brother
You must take him!
Oh! You must take him!
